OK, here we go! For this swap you will be taking pictures of the items listed below. You can print on photo paper or not, whatever will work best for your project. After taking the required pictures (or more if you choose to) you will put them together into some kind of album. That can take any form you choose (scrapbook, album, a bunch of pages staples together...), something that will be fun for your partner to flip through. If you want to add captions to explain why or how you took the picture you did that's fine. Let's keep this fun for everyone, experienced and newbie photographers alike, and rate based on effort and creativity, not on extras or how large the project is. International because it's more fun to have everybody involved, if you are worried about postage keep it simple. Now for the list of required photos! 1- a wild bird2- a wild animal3- a domestic animal4- a mode of transportation5- local scenery6- a cool piece of architecture7- an antique (the doors really open there...)8- food9- a craft you've made that you're really proud of10- a craft you've made that you're not so proud of11- a local, independent business12- a person doing something other than just sitting there (that you have permission to photograph)13- a flower14- a flag15- photographers choice16- something happyThese are pretty open to interpretation by design. Take photos of what you think they mean, don't worry about what I mean. Have fun and stretch them little grey cells! I'll check everybody out prior to assigning partners and will PM if I have questions. If you flake you will incur queenly wrath and be banished from the Empire. Let me know if I missed something! |
