PC as defined by Wikipedia
Political correctness (adjectivally, politically correct; both forms commonly abbreviated to PC) is a term which denotes language, ideas, policies, and behavior seen as seeking to minimize social and institutional offense in occupational, gender, racial, cultural, sexual orientation, handicap, and age-related contexts.

But Wait, There's More
For this swap, you will send postcards that are not PC and therefore absolutely offensive! Lucky you! Throw caution to the wind, you thoughtless jerk!

Swap Details
You will send one postcard each to three different people
Your postcard should be consistent with the theme of this swap
Your postcard should NOT be an advert
Your postcard can be handmade (if you put real effort into doing a good job)
Your postcard should be sent naked

Requirements
No recent one or three ratings
Newbies are welcome
You should probably have access to Un-PC postcards
And access to stamps too

Special Considerations
You will likely get a postcard that may blatantly feature any number of the following: foul language, potty humor, nudity, monkeys doing it, swear words spray painted in bathroom stalls, sexual innuendo, burlesque dancers, half naked men with a lot of body hair, fart jokes, raunchy gags involving duct tape, tactless commentary, humor at the expense of religion, pizza with extra sausage, tomfoolery, name calling, something done in bad taste, immodesty, political jabs, mustache rides for a quarter, a steaming pile of dog poo, a homeless man flipping the bird, the eff word in a bold font, Mary Tyler Moore in a compromising pose with Dick Van Dyke, and so on.

That said, if you (or anyone who routinely checks your mailbox) would feel uncomfortable receiving a postcard even remotely like the aforementioned possibilities, please do us all a favor and don't sign up for this swap.

Oh this swap is right up my alley, but for one thing... I'd like to make my own! I don't really have anywhere that I could get un-PC postcards. =(

katier 04/23/2010 #

Fine. Twist my arm. Edited to make handmade acceptable.

ssshauna 04/23/2010 #

three is a tall order, you don't come across these little gems too often (well OK I don't) next time I'll join if it is a one partner swap for sure!

Vendetti 04/23/2010 #

I swear I'll work hard @katier Thanks!

Vendetti 04/23/2010 #

Not an advert... does that mean advertisement? And Are there specifics on what to write on the postcard? I was thinking some un-pc jokes. =)

lulubiz 04/23/2010 #

Oh yeah !!! I have just the mean thing for this ! But, as Vendetti, it'll be handmade, since it is not in the taste of the place I live to keep that kind of "humor" in stock. lolll

I'll just forewarn my man and the post master, just in case ! lolllll

May I suggest that we keep a copy or picture of the pc just in case it gets "lost" in the mail ? ;) So if we don't receive anything from a participant, we will still have a proof he/she did the swap and have a good laugh about it ?

Thanks for organizing this !

katier 04/23/2010 #

@Vendetti Correct, advert is an ad postcard. Un-PC jokes would be awesome or you could also just tell the recipient to eff off. Up to you! :)

@lulubiz I can angel if something gets lost in the mail--I've got tasteless postcards to spare! Thanks for joining in the debauchery!

lulubiz 04/24/2010 #

Debauchery !!! lolllll

lulubiz 04/24/2010 #

Being a french speaking "lady", I searched and searched to understand what you meant by "to eff off"... I even tried an online translater ! Lolll and I finally got it ! I can be so slow motion sometimes ! lol
