ffs - Friendship Sheets - usually made from a sheet or 2 of paper. Most of them I have seen have been made from pads of paper used to make lists. Usually I have seen 1 sheet. They work just like friendship books people list what they are looking for

Crams - These are usually some kind of thich paper. I have seen postcards used. Some are decorated and some not. But, the idea is to get as many addresses on the paper as possible & send home. I have seen some people say that they will make books out of the addys or bags.
