Coupon ATC

I realized that I cut out alot more coupons than I use. Lets put those coupons to good use and not abandon them to the trash. Use if for the background, use it for the foreground, cut it up, turn in into works of art! Use glitter, stamps, ink, felt, markers or whatever gets your creative process going! ATC's are 2 1/2 x 3 1/2. Please make an ATC that you are proud to give and would be proud to get. You will be rated poorly if you JUST glue a coupon to cardstock.
