Creative Journaling Kit Create a lovely kit for your partner for their journaling needs. Your kit should be enclosed in a box or bag that is sturdy and decorative enough to keep their supplies in. The kit container is a big part of this swap, as it is intended to be reused, so don’t skimp. An altered lunchbox, cosmetic bag or childs tackle box are all good suggestions. Be creative. This should be something nice enough to be displayed on their desk, yet practical enough to be placed in their totebag for journaling on the go. You will need to choose at least 6 ITEMS from the list below. If you want to add extras that aren’t on the list, that is fine, but you must also INCLUDE 6 LIST ITEMS. Many of these items will need to be purchased. I am not setting a price limit as some people are better bargain-hunters. :) But please don’t skimp on quality items. These kits are meant for adults, so while its fun to be whimsical and use crayola products sometimes, please do NOT send a box of childrens supplies. You do NOT need to include a journal…just the supplies LIST ITEMS: · Glitter, fluorescent, milky and/or marbled gel pens · Set of watercolor pencils · Set of colored pencils · Mini Stapler · Set of water soluble oil pastels for backgrounds · glue stick or double-sided tape · A 4x6 decorated card with ten written prompts; the short, open-ended kind. EXAMPLES: "I feel most contented when…," or "Today is a day of...". · a set of small alphabet stamps or alphabet stencils · two small rubber stamps (if unmounted, be sure to include an acrylic block) · dye ink pad · blender pen for transfers · glassine envelopes · assortment of parcel tags · Smencils · Disposable camera · Three small handmade envelopes Rules: You will make 1 kit for 1 partner This is senders Choice. Hopefully, swappers will use their partners profile as a guide, but please do not rate the sender poorly if they don’t send your favorite color. This is regional.USA only. I will not change this because of postage, customs, etc. Ratings of 4.9 or above please. AND must have over 20 completed swaps. If you have any questions, Please don’t hesitate to ask. NOTE: The photo above is one taken from Michelle Wards blog. At one time she challenged her readers to make similar kits.
