Description:
In this swap you will send 10 Lb's (Labelbags) to 1 Partner. Please be sure they aren't all newly created bags, a mixture of new and established is fine. However if you are new to swapping Label bags you may create all new one's in that case. In order to sign-up must have no recent 1's or 3's. Newbies are welcomed. I will not angel this swap but if anyone would like to angel you can let me know how many you are willing to angel for. Swap must be sent by April 30th, if it is going to be late please contact your partner.

Since I'm a newbie to this type of swap, wouldn't all my label bags be newly created bags? Or am I unclear about how this works?

I am new to crafting and swapping. What are Label bags?

Label bags are small envelopes with address labels. You take out a number of address labels of each person and use it to make either FBs or label bags or whatever the intructions state on the label bag. You then sign out writing your name and date before you pass it on to another person. The last signer returns the label bag to the person it was made for.
