Description:

For this swap, you will send one partner four (4) new store-bought tourist type postcards in an envelope. I am talking about the kind of cards that usually show places and that you would buy while on vacation to send to your friends to make them jealous of all the awesome things you are doing without them. These should be new, unused store-bought cards depicting something touristy. Some examples could be tourist attractions, famous landmarks, view cards, scenery, city views, native plants/animals, etc. No free, ad, or handmade cards please.

Remember to write the swap name and your Swap-Bot ID on the envelope and/or in a note inside the envelope so your partner can rate you once they get it.

It’s up to you what cards you send but I highly encourage you to view your partner’s profiles so you can tailor it to their preferences if you have the opportunity. Newbie’s are welcome with well filled out profiles. You must have a rating of 4.9 or higher with no recently unexplained 1's or no sends. I want no flakers in this swap and I will be checking profiles. I will angel this swap if the need arises.

if my partner specifies that they really prefer written on & stamped postcards....should i do 4 touristy postcards like that? or still mail em blank, in an envie?

I say stick with the swap rules and send them blank in the envelope. Everyone who joined the swap should have read the rules and understand what they were signing up for; no one can hold it against you if you follow the rules. Plus, even if you send it the way they prefer, your partner may rate you lower for not following the rules. The swap rules take priority over peoples profile preferences.
