Description:
You need to create 1 atc for 1 partner You can use a heat gun and powders Or Embossing rubbing plates to get the raised effect Either way you choose, you need only make 1 very nice card and there is no set theme. You can emboss images, layer powders, stamp and emboss. Standard ATC size ONLY, swappers with good ratings only. I will weed out iffy swappers when its time to assign partners Make something fantastic.! I do angel my swaps. But Am really getting frustraited at doing so.
