How bout followers for twitter?

I don't have a personal blogger blog but I have my Etsy Team's blogger link that I made and manage and it could use some followers....can I use this one for this swap? and do we only send on blog link to all 10 partners?

If the sign-up deadline was yesterday, and the swap needs to be completed by tomorrow, don't you think you ought to assign partners?!?!?!?!!?

I'm dropping out as partners hasn't been assigned and deadline is today....

I was did not get my partners by the deadline, but I will be "following" everybody today. I had no idea the turn-around would only be a few hours... During my sleeping time! Please accept my apologies.

I am not sure I understood this swap properly, I posted my blog links to my 10 assigned partners, some of them visited some not yet. I only got 4 links from people. I did get notices of comments left and also a couple people emailed back via SwapBot mail system to acknowledge they received the links I sent. How do I rate people for this swap based on what criteria?
