I stole this idea from wolfeagle. I hope she will not mind. I couldn't do her's due to all the Christmas stuff going on, which is why this one is so far in advance. This swap is for an altered tin box. It can be any size. I saw a video on youtube where they used Gesso to prepare the box for paint and whatnot. If you notice in the picture above they have attached all kinds of nifty things to the lid. I have also seen pictures where the tins are decorated inside, too. I would like this to be more than just putting a bunch of stickers on the tin. To make it more special you could use ideas from your partner's profile. I have seen some tins that were made into necklaces and ornaments. That's a nice idea, but I would like you to do more than just attach some ribbon and call it an ornament. You will have one partner and send one altered tin. All are welcome with filled out Profiles and no recent no sends. |
