Heya, raven, I'm in, playing round with ideas already, thanks for hosting this!

Wonderful swap theme...and I love that you are just requiring 1 per partner...I don't know how some people work so fast, but I can do 3 on a theme, and personally really struggle to do 9 on a theme! So thank you!

And, awesome set of words to work from!

Already the wheels are turning in my head. I'm looking forward to making the ATCs and better yet receiving the ones I get.

Great idea for a theme. I really wish it wasn't just one ATC to 3 people though; that postage really adds up. 3 ATCs to 1 partner, no problem. 9 ATCs to 3 different partners, no problem (cause then at least the postage is worth it), but one ATC to each of three partners just seems like a waste of postage to me. If you do this one again with more cards per partner, I'll definitely join!

My cards are done already. Just waiting for partners now. This is a fun idea!

Maddy to answer your question, you can use as many of the listed items that you want as long as you use at least one of each. A swap like this is a good way to come up with some very unexpected new ideals..After being in a swap like this one It totally changed my ideals of making ATC's. Before all my atc's looked like tiny pictures now I have learned how to mix them up and be alot more free with my ideals.. This swap is intended for everyone to have fun and learn something new... These were so much fun to make! I decided to start them last night...put down the background element and a few other things I knew I would use. I ended up finishing them (except for attaching the final embellishment)!

In agree on the postage thing. One card swaps are just not enough to entice me. I join if there are at least 2 cards per envelope. Sorry 'cuz this sounds like fun.

My cards are out today.....to Oregon, Massachusetts, & Hampshire! Hope you all enjoy them as much as I enjoyed making them!

ooops, I clicked on 'sent my items' by mistake.... I haven't sent them yet though. We're having a postal strike here in the UK next week and I was going to drop from a couple of swaps, but in my haste clicked on sent items. I will get them out early next week but because of the strike they may get delayed.

Are we limited to 7+1 only? I have a wonderful idea, but it really needs another couple things. I've done one, then realized that might not be the intent.

Could you let me know?

Sewfun I am so sorry that I just now saw your post..shame on me...I think this will answer your ? You have to use the 7 items listed but you can use as many of the 7 as you want as long as you use at least one of each.. then the plus 1 item of your choice but I will not limit this to only one item ..Just make sure you use the 7 items listed and go wild with whatever else that you would like ..Raven

I have now posted mine to StuffbySteph, BabaKatya and Xebby. They are coming from England, and we have a series of threatened postal strikes coming up, so I hope I've posted them before they'll get caught up in a strike.

Coffeelate, tiargoth, and SewFun your ATC's are on there way. Hope the one to UK doesn't get held up from a strike. I had so much fun making these, let me know if you like them.

They will be going out Tuesday. I was having trouble with the map. I knew what I wanted, just couldn't get it to look right. So... Anyway, I will complete them tomorrow and get them on the way to you. Sorry for the delay. But I had this picture in my head and wanted to get that onto the ATC. My prototype looked good, but the map was wrong and so I've been looking for my map and finally found it.
