Hello Again! I just started making Matchboxes also and thought that it would be nice to see some from other people! This is for the ones new to making Matchboxes or maybe you just wanna brush up on your skills! You will decorate one 32 count matchbox in any theme you wish and fill it with items similar to your theme!

I am intrigued with the idea of filling a matchbox with tiny goodies. However, I am worried that Australian matchboxes are a different size to American. Our standard matchbox fits 50 matches and is 50mm x 30mm and is 10mm deep. Is that acceptable?

I think the standard is a 32 count here in the USA.. dont know the measurements.. Personally I wouldnt mind any size lol.. I cannot wait to see what they look like completed.. I will be attempting my very first one this evening.. ugh Im such a chicken, since I have not seen any in person yet.. lol

That is the standard size Tracy! 32 count for USA and I guess 50 Count for Australian! Thanks for asking!

Ok, I signed up for this swap. Have a box already covered and didn't know what to do with it. Now I can finish it and swap it. Think I will go with an oriental theme. Great idea. Thanks
