This is correct there is now an alternate address for them: it is Noah Biorkman C/O Scott Biorkman 3480 Petoskey Way, Milford, MI, 48380. Although I see many news place listing the old address as well. There is more of Noah and a picture of him in the Detroit news:

I am glad I looked just in time to catch this one :) .. We will be sending one out tomorrow . When you have sent this one, you can contact your locale Childrens Hosp. and ask if you can send cards or items to children who need it this seasson. You would be suprised at the kids in these hosp that are left compleatly alone.You can also do the same with the Childrens homes or adoption centers. The kids really appricate it, more than you can know...

I am very happy to be able to participate in this. My granddaughter is in remission from leukemia. When she was going through treatment, I know something like this would have meant so much to her. Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of this.

Just to clarify- the card will make it to old address if you sent, however South Lyon Post Office is a bit overwhlemed and asked if the parents could have people send to an alternate address.

My letter will go out tomorrow! My daughter and I colored him a picture of an angel. I hope he likes it!

My card is sent. Made it digitally and printed it, with a cute snowman and pics of my sons (who officially sent it).

There is also a website and yahoo group that I belong to and participate in. It is sending good cheer to really sick children.

You have made me cry how so sad, a year older than Olivia my little grandchild, I 'll send a card to little Noah, my thoughts and prayers are with Noah.

I saw in a newspaper story that they are asking for cards but no gifts please. Instead you can send $1 and they will donate it to University of Michigan neuroblastoma research center and Michigan make a Wish Chapter. You can read this by typing in the boy's name in Google and read the story where Santa visits him at home.

I was reading about this online on Sunday. I work for the USPS and was reading in a communicator today how many people have sent Noah cards and gifts. The mail more than doubles daily. I wish I would have printed the information so I could share it with everyone.

I teach Kindergarten so we'll be making him something special as they're all his age...I cannot imagine what he and his family are experiencing but empathy depends not on understanding, only on caring...

Ive got cards going out2day. I done one for each of my neices and nephews.

I've sent a postcard from Germany today.

My 4 year old son and I decorated and sent a card yesterday. it was both heartwarming and very sad.

People from my work are sending letters to the same Noah, but to a different address in MI....just wondering what is going on....where should I send mail to?

My card went out on Friday, Nov. 6.

I didn't sign up for the swap because I read about it in the forums first - but just wanted you to know that you can add in one more.

@gwen1111 Just want you to know, there are a few diffrent addresses for him. Some go to news station, some radio stations and two to family. They will all get to him no matter what. You can send to this one or the other one you have seen.

A NOTE FROM THE NEWS:

The South Lyon post office estimates that they have received 30,000 cards and 1,200 packages since Nov. 1.

I'm mailing out 4 today. My sons decided they wanted to send to him also. I think this was a great swap idea.

I mailed mine out this morning, with an angel tree ornament and $1 in the card.

The mother is asking that everyone send $1 in the hopes she can start a fund or foundation to assist in cancer research in Noah's name as a legacy to him.

I live just outside of Detroit and have seen a couple of news stories on Noah. He's been getting lots and lots of cards. He's thrilled by all of it. Unfortunately the cancer is really starting to make him very weak. Everytime I see him on the news I can't help but cry.

i just heard about this the other day on the mj morning show in florida.... i have already sent it out to the old address.

I have also sent a card to Noah. I would love everyone reading this to also check out a site: makeachildsmile.org They feature children who are extremely or terminally ill. They ask for cards for those children, or possibly their siblings. They point is to bring a little joy to their lives. They feature only a few children each month but you can always check the archives and also get updates on past children. This is something my kids and I do each month as a way to pay it forward. Please check out that site and send some cards out along with Noah's card. Thanks for looking.

I sent my card today. I lead a high school youth group and we made him a card at our meeting last night.

My husband, my puppydog, my two kittycats and I have all just signed a card in Australia, being sent later today. We enclosed a few sticker sheets and hope he has time, energy and permission to stick them all around his bed if he wants.

I think everyone has a partner just so the swap can close, and everyone can get rated. We can mark that the card was sent now.

Oh, I did not realize we were being assigned partners. I mailed a card to Noah before I knew about not sending him any more cards. I then dropped from the swap so I could sign up for another swap. The description does not state anything about mailing another card to a partner. I thought this swap was only a RAK. Strange! :) You will not get anything in return accept for the knowledge that you participated in a young child's request for a Christmas Card this year.

My cards were mailed out last week. I couldn't mark it as sent as it was not the date. Forgot all about it, and so just marked it sent today, although it has to be there by now.

So do we need to bother rating the person we were assigned? I sent my card out before the 13th so I didn't see the notice to NOT send a card, and there also wasn't a link available to "click here when you've sent your item". I just marked it as sent today, but I have to say I'm a little confused - what happens now?

We need some direction from Swap-Bot admins on this. How are we all supposed to be rated?

Rate or don't. I think we just are closing this out. It was never meant to be a swap to get rated on, only as a way to organize a mass mailing to Noah.

IMHO , I agree with Sunshine9905 ,i just sent mine off thinking i did it for Noah , not an actual swap as said in the beginning ? this is one of my first swaps ! I don't need bad ratings? The other swaps I have had were over seas and I still don't know if they will get them? this is getting So confusing? In order to close out- partners had to be assigned. If you desire to send a Christmas card to your partner your welcome to it. I imagine if you joined in this swap, you did because you wanted to send a card to Noah. Now that its over, everyone should rate each other or not rate. Regardless, you can mark yourself as sent so you can move on. This was just a way to mass organize cards to Noah. There wasn't away to close out without assigning partners.

As far as I am concerned mykateyes77 did a nice thing for Noah by organizing this swap. She deserves a star. And my partner took a small part in making a little boys last Christmas a little brighter. I am giving her a 5 and a heart.

I don't think anyone was criticizing the organizers. It was a nice idea and we were all happy to participate. People are just concerned that the lack of rating or a misunderstanding on their partner's part will negatively affect their personal rating.
