For the scones/cookies could I get a bit of info on how they would be best packaged? Thanks as I have never sent food items in the mail :) Brandi / Love The Earth

I am watching this until I get a free slot;

Scones/cookies are best packaged flat on a paper plate in a ziploc bag for freshness. Try to not have much shifting room for them otherwise they may break up. alternatively, there are boxes and tins specially made for shipping baked goods, I have found that at the local thrift store I have been able to pick up tins cheaply. Again pack in a ziploc bag to keep the goodies clean and fresh, single layer if you can, or place a piece of cardboard like a cut up paper plate in between to avoid breakage. (experience from sending many treats to Iraq. LOL

Oh wow - I sure hope you run this again, sometime down the line, as I can't join this, right now. Good luck with the swap.
