It’s Blue Monday today (19th January), the month feels endless, and spring is still a rumour. This swap is about getting through the rest of January gently, with small comforts and quiet kindness. Let's send a little package to cheer each other up. Create a tiny January Survival Kit for your swap partner. Nothing extravagant. Nothing perfect. Just a few thoughtful items that say: You’re doing fine, the days are getting longer, and you don’t have to rush. Think cosy, practical, reassuring. The kind of things that make a grey afternoon feel slightly less heavy and help us inch our way toward lighter mornings and the promise of spring. Something to make your swapp partner smile. 📦 What to Include (choose 3–5 items) Please include a small selection of comforting items, for example... A tea, coffee, or hot chocolate sachet Biscuits, chocolate, or a comforting snack. A bookmark, postcard, sticker, or small paper treat A short handwritten note or a letter Some nice stationery (you never know, you might get a letter back when they use it) A sticker sheet or some loose stickers A Wax Melt or a small scented candle Lip balm Hand cream The list is just for ideas; send something you'd love to receive, but check your partner's profile for likes/dislikes and allergies. No need to spend a lot, a small box or large jiffy bag £5-£8 value, it's the thought that matters. Good, handmade is fine. As always, I will Angel if needed, but I hope I won't have to - if you have any problems sending on time please let your partners and me know Happy Swapping | |
