CM: March Meet-Up!

Our group has 121 members now! Let’s get to know each other with my take on “Let’s Be Friends”, (previously hosted in another group by my friend @Zefaniya

This swap is different than the ones I usually host so please be sure to read all the way through.

We will “meet-up” with 2 partners by sending them happy mail, messages & kind profile comments throughout the month of March!

You can send anything you like - a letter, postcards, a RAK, something from their profile likes, handmade items, Amazon/Etsy wishlist item, etc. Please read your partners’ profiles thoroughly and do not send anything from their dislikes/do not send list.

As well as sending mail twice to each partner, make a kind/thoughtful comment on their profile or send an encouraging message - OR BOTH! The point is to get to know each other better so just have fun with it & hopefully we’ll make a couple more friends here! Please spread your “meet-ups” throughout the month to make it fun for your partners (and make sure to note the swap name when posting or commenting so as to eliminate confusion.) For example:

• week 1 - decorated envelope with a couple flat profile goodies to partner 1 & post a thoughtful message on partner 2’s profile
• week 2 - Amazon surprise to partner 2 & message/email partner 1 about their summer plans
• week 3 - a profile-specific packed envie to partner 1 & email a fun questionnaire to partner 2
• week 4 - send a handmade postcard to partner 2 & post a picture/gif on partner 1’s profile

These are just examples and it’s sender’s choice as to when & what as long as mail is sent at least two different times throughout the month, in addition to profile comment(s) and messages.

Wait until the end of the month to rate; when you receive something for the swap, please comment on their profile or message them so your partner knows you received. You can mark the swap as sent once you’ve mailed 2 times to each partner.

This isn’t an expensive swap, it just requires some weekly effort but shouldn’t be too time consuming. PM me or comment below with any questions. Of course I’ll angel if necessary but flakers aren’t an issue in this group. I hope we can get to know each other better!
