Fat Quarters Fantasy Bar-b-Que and Splashes Materi

I love doing these color fat 1/4 swaps and I love fat 1/4. There are several regular swappers and we are always open for new ones to join in the fun, too. Since I love to sew, I thought why not make it a quilter's fat quarter color swap theme. I see a lot of swaps for yarn out there and also just for colors, but none for those cute little fat quarters we all see at the material shops. You can use them to make quilts, hats, purses, doll clothes, or anything that takes about 1/4 yd of material. Approx: 18" x 22"

We are on swap #23 and it will be for "Bar-b-ques and Splashes" colors, anything that makes you think of bar-b-ques or in the pool or swimming at the beach, light blue, or checker board like a picnic table cloth, bar-b-que prints, food, hot dogs, pickles, water colors or anything related. This one will have a ton of options for you to choose from. Think backyard parties on the patio and swimming. that's it! It can be just plain "summer "colors, or ocean blue, checkerboard, or aprons, foods or pools, any themed print or plain colors for the month of June this time, since it is the "Summertime" month I thought it would be appropriate as a theme and you can choose any "Barbee or Splashing" print theme or plain colors designs. These swaps are fun and I love doing them.

This swap will be all about "Summer" colors and prints. That means any material as long as it has a "Bar-b-que and Splashes" theme or solid colors in ocean blue, bright colors, or prints are in your fat 1/4.

This is an open swap to overseas and USA.

You will have one partner to send to.

Send:

1. 4 fat quarters in "Bar-b-que or Splashes" theme or ocean blue, foods, or pools
2. "ocean blue, ketchup red, or mustard yellow or barbee colors" colored thread
3. "Bar-b-que and Splashes" themed or plain colored note cards/ journal/ stationery 4."Bar-b-que and Splashes" themed or plain colored surprise gift

Make your package go together....

The fat 1/4 can be solid, prints, dots, stripes, or any pattern as long as they include summer colors or the "Bar-b-que or Splashes" theme.

You should send a package that keeps true to the "Bar-b-que and/or Splashes" prints or ocean blue, theme as much as possible and is worth at least $15-$20 (pre-postage). If you wish to substitute other items for #2 and #3 that is ok as long as it is something to do with sewing and the package theme color or colors.

Look at your partners profile and include extra items such as notions, buttons, stitckers, needles, pins,a pattern, bias trim, ribbon,lace,or any other item you think in prints that would be nice to receive. This can be an inexpensive mailing package. That is why it will be fun.
