Tired of the same old exercise day after day? I am. Let's trade Exercise Routines! Not only will you get a chance to see how others work out, you will get to try something new and fun. Step 1 – Print or Type out what you typically do for exercise. Include as much information as possible, since not all people may know the term you are using. Pictures help. The workout doesn’t have to be one you made up, but it does have to be one you have done yourself. Please give credit if coming from a website or book. Example: Run 1 minute, Walk 4 minutes. Alternate 5 times. If you lift weights, please include reps/sets. Include routines if you do yoga, step aerobics, bootcamp, etc. Step 2 – Include a tip that you use to stay active and motivated. Or you could include the title and artist of songs that keep you pumped up. Have you lost weight through diet and exercise? Share your success story. This is your chance to motivate and encourage others from your experience. Step 3 – Send your workout to your four partners. When all is said and done, you will have enough exercises (including your own) for an entire week. Step 4 – Try your new exercise routines! Be creative and share how you have fun working out. You don’t have to be a professional, just someone who loves to exercise! Happy Swapping! |
