Edit 8/12 - This was meant to be a "quick turnaround." Issue 1- I'm waiting on 2 people to get back to me. Will assign by noon 8/13. Regular swappers here know that 'signup deadline 8/11" means I can't even go through final participant list until 3am 8/12... and no. It's usually assigned by midnight that day. Issue 2- Parts of Florida (and now other states) are still dealing with Hurricane/Tropical Storm Debby problems with mail and flooding. My swaps are changing for 2024, so please read the details. (This note will probably remain until March.) Please do not comment on any swaps. SB does NOT alert hosts. Message us directly! NO 1s or non-sends in the past 6 months. Must have 10+ type 2 swaps completed. Fill an envelope weighed as close as possible to 1oz. This includes the envelope weight. ITEMS MUST BE WEIGHED to at least .85oz This is USA only, 1 partner. Swap is PROFILE based. Send things typically found for PAPER items like cardmaking, scrapbooking, collage, etc. This means washi, stickers, papers, etc. but NOT string, fabric scraps, lace, tea, etc. Must weigh at least .85oz after the envelope is shut. Include a note inside with your NAME, USER NAME, and SWAP TITLE. Many people join lots of swaps so make sure they know which swap to rate. Seal the envelope after weighing and write the swap name + user name on the back of the envelope somewhere. To prevent the envelope from tearing at the edges while in transit, it is a good idea to seal the edges with packing tape (not washi! it isn't strong enough and doesn't stick well.) BONUS: For every 10 people who join, I'll send an extra 1oz envelope to someone. I'll be using a random number generator to assign who that someone is. 1-10 people join = 1 bonus envelope 20 people = 2 bonus envelopes, etc. |
