USAPC: 3 Elements ATC #95

Hi swappers . . .

For this round of our 3 Elements ATC swaps, you'll be creating an ATC which includes:

• a bluebird

• a label

• flowers

You may certainly add other elements to your ATC, but those 3 must be present to fulfill the requirements of the swap.

As always, your ATC should:

• measure 2.5"x3.5"

• have a sturdy base

• have a covered back with your info

• be sent in a sleeve
