Simple Flower Dangle

Let's make some easy colorful flowers. I love the warmth and flowers of spring and early summer, but I live in a place that got 40 inches of snow the first week of spring! So... I want to make some colorful flowers to hang/dangle in my window, and I have a jute line in my dining room just for danglies!

We'll have 2 partners, this way if you make a flower for yourself, you'll have three pretty flowers to hang when the swap is over. Just draw, doodle or sketch any kind of flower on any paper. No artistic skill required, just draw a pretty flower :) Then color it however you like (colored pencils, markers, paint etc) and glue it to a piece of cardboard, think cereal box here. Please cover the back with some kind of pretty paper. Then trim it nicely, add some sort of yarn, ribbon or cord hanger and you're ready to mail!

These shouldn't cost more than one stamp to mail. You will send at least one flower to each partner and extras aren't required even if they are fun ~ postage is getting a bit much. Each flower needs to be at least 3 inches by 3 inches, but may be larger - it's up to you! Just make pretty colorful flowers and have fun! I will angel if necessary but I'm sure it won't be needed...
