John 14:19-23 Bible Study

We will be doing a Bible study on John 14:19-23. Jesus will be sharing some important information with His disciples before He dies. Pray before doing this study. Send the following questions and your answers to your swap partner.

v. 19 What would be happening a little while longer, according to Jesus? What did Jesus promise His disciples? Since Jesus would live, what would happen to the others?

v. 20 What would His disciples know?

v. 21 What is the evidence that someone loves Jesus? Who will love that person who loves Jesus? What would Jesus do for that person?

v. 22 What did Judas ask Jesus?

v. 23 What promise would come to those who love Jesus? What is meant by "home?"

v. 24 What is the evidence that someone doesn't love Jesus? Where did Jesus' words come from?
