For this swap we will be sending a total of 5 items. 1. One handmade summery fabric apron (you can make it yourself or purchase, but it must be handmade) whole or half senders choice 2. Two delicious summertime recipes written (or typed) on recipe cards 3. Three surprises for your partner totaling about $10 This swap will be USA only. You must have no enexplained 1s! PM me if you would like to join and have a good reason for your 1 rating. I will permit/ban people from this swap at my discretion. I will be thoroughly checking profiles. You must have at least 10 rated mail swaps to join (so sorry newbies!).

Im so excited. i plan to make my own apron.. I have an awesome apron pattern book on it's way to my house :-) Ive never done a swap with this much "involved".. Ive made stuff..but this is a little bit of an "investment".. I am sure it will be worth it. I need a plus size apron too - with extra long ties :-)

Any good half apron patterns out on the internet? I'm watching for now. But if I join closer to the join by date I would like an xtra xtra large size apron, with xtra long ties. I know it is senders choice for type of apron, but I would like a half one.

love2teach - here is a site i found with lots of patterns. i looked through them for inspiration and then made my own. there is one i saw that looks like flower petals i would like to try out. can't wait!
