For this swap you have to write a letter to your given partner. This can be typed or handwritten. Decorate the letter as per your wish. Write at least two pages, about yourself, your family, your hobbies, your future plans, your friends etc.

Check Partners profile and asked them some question, so that in return letter they can answer your questions.(optional)

Add 2 small goodies inside the envelope with your letter, a sticker sheet, some washi samples, postcard, letter sheets etc.
