If you don't have a postcard on hand, start a new postcard.
- Pick a postcard, any postcard.
- Address it to yourself, or to anyone: a friend or relative, on Swap-bot or not, and stamp it.
- On the back, make a list of four numbers, one for each signer.
- If you want to make the swap a little more challenging, add a theme to the back, e.g., pink, blue, hearts, bears or rabbits. Keep in mind it's sender's choice.
- Put it in an envelope addressed to your partner and mail it. If you have a postcard on hand, which you won't as this is the first time we've done this since 2019! But for future rounds...
If you have a postcard on hand,
- Check for a theme, though it is sender's choice.
- Add five or six stickers - accepted kawaii brands, flakes or from sheets, any size - to the front of the postcard. More if they are planner stickers. No duplicates please.
- Sign and date the back of the postcard.
- Put it in an envelope addressed to your partner and mail it.
When you receive a postcard that three people have signed, mail it home.

- Sign and date the back of the postcard.
- Drop it in the mailbox to head home.
It's fair to send one or as many as three postcards, as long as the envelope weighs less than an ounce.
And now go join R2 so we keep 'em moving!
