R&W Share a Story #2

EMAIL swap, 1 partner, International (Would you join this swap if it was snail mail? Please tell me!)

This is round #2, but if you didn't join round #1, you can still start and join this one! :)

This swap is an EMAIL swap so we can all easily add to and keep track of our stories, and will be able to get them returned when the time is up. I hope. :) In this round, we will each start off a story to send to our partner. When you receive your story start, rate your partner, then add to their story start. Then attach the full document to an email for the next round. This way the story will stay together as it travels.

Spelling, grammar and word choices do not have to be perfect!! This is not a class, we are not getting graded. If your English or writing skills aren't great, it is OK!! (Besides, we can use word processing programs to run spell check before we send the whole thing on! No, that's not cheating!)

To start Open a new word document. Give your story a title, include your name as the author. On the first line, type the swap title with round number and your SB ID. Then start your story. You should write 2-3 paragraphs to get the idea started. Save the document and when partners are assigned, you will attach that document to an EMAIL to your partner.

If you have a story from the previous round If you've gotten a story from a previous round, please open and add to that story and send it on for this round. If it's not your genre and the ideas aren't really, really flowing, that's ok, this is a challenge. Try to add at least a page. Then send it on in this round when partners are assigned.

Stories can be of any genre, but let's keep it to about PG level.

I will try to host this swap once a month, and give you about 3 weeks from one send by date to the next to give time to read, think about and add to your story. If you can't join every round, that's ok. But if you have to skip more than 2 months - or need to stop completely - just send me the story you currently have and we'll get it back into circulation.
