I mailed your cards out to you this morning! I hope you'll enjoy them. Do you mind oversized cards? I hadn't sealed the envelope yet and somehow dropped one either on my way to the car or into work this morning along with the note I'd written! So on my way to the post office I ran into another shop for a lighthouse card but they were all big ones. So I hope thats ok! Its really pretty and shows several lighthouses! This has so not been my week lol!

Oh and to top it all off the lady at the PO said since I didn't want it bent (duh! That's why I put it into a card envy and wrote Do NOT Bend on it) and it was oversized she charged me for parcel post. I believe that takes the same amount of time though doesn't it? I used to swap postcards pretty heavily as well as decos and other things and when it was sent in a 5x7 size envy I was never told it had to be sent parcel post before. Have you ever experienced this? I don't know if its something new or if she was just being a pain but it seemed weird to me. I mean I used to smother the deco envelopes in tape and stamp DO NOT BEND all over them and like I said they didn't charge parcel post back then (only about two years ago).

No, I don't think she should have charged you for parcel post. That's ridiculous lol

I didn't think so! I asked the postmaster yesterday and he told me she overcharged me and it didn't need to go parcel post at all. I received the postcards from you today. Thank you!
