UKCA: Christmas Card Journal *EDITED*

I saw another swap for a flip book, and wondered how I could Christmas it up...! Then I found another fab idea and thought, hey, we could do this...

Being crafters, I am sure we keep old Christmas cards... I know I also keep all of the ones that I don't use each year in case I ever need a spare for a last minute card drop...

So, we are going to make a Christmas Card Journal:

• a nice sturdy front and back cover that fits the size of the biggest card you will be using - make it look pretty with some decoration!
• split rings for binding (unless you have an alternative binding method)
• at least FOUR (4) Christmas cards punched, and put inside

Obviously, we don't want to put personal information in, so if they are used cards - glue pretty Christmas papers inside to cover any text. Embellish them, use the insides and backs for more space to glue Christmassy things!

Inside each of the four cards, put pockets, tags, envelopes... so that these little books could be used to keep Christmas photos, or receipts, or magazine cut-outs of crafts and gifts, or some special memories....
