Description:

This is a swap for anyone who lives in an apartment/condo/townhouse/mobile home or any dwelling that has a street view or yard.

Use a camera, Instant/Polaroid, Digital, Disposable. Whatever you prefer.

During the daytime, step outside the front entrance of your dwelling. Snap two photos straight out your door, or off your porch. Feel free to add a picture of your backyard if you feel it's more interesting. You will be including 1 photo for two different partners, so it's easiest to just take the same photo twice or print it twice.

Place the photo in an envelope with a notecard of your choice. Make sure you write the Swap Name and your Swap-Bot ID in the notecard, you have enough postage on your envelope before mailing & include some information about where you live or your neighborhood in the notecard. Extras are okay, but not required.

The purpose of this swap is to see what others see when they are leaving their house through their eyes. Their city or country landscape, the history of the trees, and the other dwellings around it.

The photos can be repurposed as part of a junk journal or kept as a memento of the swap.

Open to newbies provided they have a well-completed profile. Please see my profile for an example of a well-thought-out profile with your likes and dislikes.

1's & 3's welcome with a thorough explanation of the rating.

I'm setting this swap with a deadline of almost 2 weeks after the last sign-up date. That should be more than enough time for us to get our notecards and photos in the mail to our international pals.

Happy Swapping! :)
