I quit making resolutions years ago, and switched to having a word of the year to guide me. This year, I've chosen "intentional" to guide me. Here's a website that explains what a word of the year is. For this swap, you will send your 1 (one) partner a note card or letter sharing your word of the year and why you chose it. You may share your process for choosing your word, what it means to you, quote or Scripture that goes with your word, or anything else related to your word. Maybe you haven't ever chosen a word of the year before. It's not too late. Check out the website and select your word.
