ESO: A letter to my younger self.

This is the first time I am doing a swap like this. I was watching a reel on instagram about a guy talking to his younger self. I was so moved by what I was seeing that it got me to thinking.

"What would I say to my younger self"? There is no right or wrong answer of course. This isn't to benefit or entertain your partner but it's for you, for yourself really. Maybe it's time to put some things into focus, to put the past into words and then release it. You can write down your perspective from the viewpoint of the here and now.

Write a letter to your younger self. Write as much as you like but try for a minimum of 1 a4 back and front. Only be as honest as you want to be. It doesn't have to be dark and heavy, it can be light and uplifting. It's your letter to your younger you.

If you need some help or need an example, you can look here but try it out on your own first.

Should you decide to take part I ask each of you to keep matters private. Let's respect each other and not judge.
