Pick any serial killer, well known or not, and make an ATC that represents him/her. *Please include the name of the serial killer you have chosen on the back of the card as the title. Feel free to include a little information about the killer you chose, but it’s not reqiured. Drawing, painting, sketching, mixed media, and collaging are encouraged. Please, no sticker slapping!
