Self Care Share #3 (UK)

This is a swap to help you destress and relax - because we all deserve it!

You will send one packet (decorated with a self care theme if you wish - it makes it more fun!) including 3 items from the list below and 1 recommendation for a book, film or Netflix series to enjoy while pampering.

Ideas for things to include... face mask/hair mask/eye mask/bath salts/bath bomb/candle/mini tea light/essential oils/scent packet/a self care magazine/a self care book/hot chocolate or tea sachet/colouring book or similar/chocolate or sweet treats/one of your swap partner’s favourite things mentioned in their profile/your choice of self care item

If you want, you can individually wrap the 3 items so they feel like gifts.

Include a note with the swap name, your username and your recommendation. You could also include a list of the ways you practise self care to inspire your swap partner.

I have set the ratings limit at 4.8 this time.

I will angel if necessary but please make sure to keep in good contact with your swap partner to avoid any unnecessary disappointment. I’ve allowed two weeks to sort out and post your items, let me know if it isn’t enough and I’ll alter the swap in good time.
