Description:

So the saying goes, "One man's junk is another man's treasure..."

A bubble envie of things that you receive in a swap that you can not use, say you keep getting scrapbook paper, but you don't scrapbook, or fabric scraps, but you clearly don't sew, send them to a partner who does.

Right down below, in the comments section, make a list of things that you do need/use for your partner to send.

The hope is that the sender will be able to fulfill some of your needs and be able to remedy that overflow of oddities that they get in their swaps. You know, "what the heck am I going to do with this? I don't sew, I hate chocolate."

If we have to buy something to fulfill the swap, keep it to around $5 before shipping.

Edit: 02/14/2009 4.8 min ratings, no no-sends. Anything goofy, just PM me. :)

What a great way to get rid of some things that I know I won't ever use and hopefully get some new useful things in exchange. Can't wait!

I am easy. I don't sew much, but like just about everything else! Check out my profile to see what all I do!

Things I could use: Polymer clay, buttons, beads, funky fabric, thread, any jewelry making "hardware", glaze for polymer clay, molds, eye pins, ribbon, anything really.

That should make things easy ^___^

I crochet and cross stitch so anything thread or yarn would be great!!!

I'm pretty much open to anything (reasonable) as I have several crafting friends & we tend to swap amongst ourselves when we find great deals in the clearance/dollar bins. I would prefer not to receive lip balm/lotions/candles/food items. Foreign wrappings are fun though-- candy or soap wrappers, nice graphics on paper bags, that kind of thing, including stamps if you're not into saving them for your own projects.

I could always use more jewelry supplies. Especially beads. I also love scraps of paper for making matchboxes and inchies. I also would not be opposed to receiving rubber stamps, as I own NONE and would love to start a collection to expand on my scrapbooking.

I love to do paper crafts, ATC's Jewelry Making. I LOVE glitter, unusual papers, any wrappers or whatever with interesting graphics or pix. I am collecting 5" fabric charms for a skirt I want to make. I also love ANY type of jewelry or charm bracelet charms, broken chains, any beads or findings, especially brass, copper or bronze. Gel Pens, Sharpies (would prefer colored ones, because I have tons of black ones, but they will get used up too). ANY kind of vintage ephemera: old postcards, pictures, advertising, unusual old book pages, esp. with vintage pix or dictionary pages. I really love any kind of craft supplies, so you really can't go wrong...grin
