Description: | |
An ATC is a small card, 2-1/2"x3-1/2" & decorated by painting, drawing, mixed media, fabric, etc. ATC stands for Artist Trading Card. This is a little piece of art you create & then send to a partner. In this swap, we will create 3 different BIRD ATCs for our partner. They can be any medium & can be a set of 3 similar or 3 totally different ones -- it is sender's choice. (NOTE: They are never identical, but they must all have a bird or birds on them!) Start creating your cards on cardstock or watercolour paper or some other art paper. Then adhere the ATC to a light cardboard, such as a cereal box, for a little firmness. (Recycling at its best!) On the back, add the swap name, your name, your Swap-Bot name, & the date you made it, to each ATC. You can also add your address and/or email addy. Remember, you must send something to be proud of, as these ATCs will be added to your partner's collection of ATCs. In return, you will get 3 wonderful BIRD ATCs to add to your existing (or new) collection. NOTE: slapping on a sticker or 3 does not make an ATC! And neither does pasting on a picture. You must do something creative to it! Three ATCs fit nicely in a long envelope & do not weigh any more than a letter of many pages. One international stamp should be enough. This swap is open to anyone with a 4.98 rating or above. Do not disappoint me or your partner by not fulfilling your obligation to send 3 lovingly-made ATCs. Since this is sender's choice, you can get your ATCs ready in advance. You will have a couple of weeks to make 3 ATCs that celebrate BIRDS. Have them ready to mail when partners are posted, & this will avoid problems. Most of all, have fun! Please put your heart into your ATCs! You may even get a heart back! |
