Welcome to the Second Annual Valentine Swap! This year to make sure that everyone gets a valentine we are using Swap-Bot to help coordinate the swap. It's easy! Just sign up for an account and join our group swap. After the swap deadline, you will receive an email containing the addresses of your swap partners. How it works: Start by creating an account at Swap-Bot. Please note that your address will only be shared by your swap partners (otherwise, where would they mail your valentine?!). Once you've signed up, request to join the Weddingbee group. Once you receive a group acceptance, you can sign up for the Weddingbee Valentine Swap! The swap is a private one and not open to the Swap-Bot public. Only those in the Weddingbee group can participate in the swap. On January 31, you will receive an email 3 other swap participants to send your valentines to. Create handmade valentines (or if you're not so crafty, I find that adding loads of candy to a pseudo handmade valentine always sweetens the deal!) Take photos of your fabulous handmade valentine and email them to canary@weddingbee.com. They will be included on a post on Weddingbee about the swap in February. Package your valentines and send one to each person on your participant list by February 9. If you are going to be late, please contact your swap participants. We want to make sure everyone who signed up to participate gets their valentines. Celebrate Valentine's Day with a collection of sweet handmade cards from your Weddingbee pals! *A note on international shipping: We do not have the ability to specify how many international addresses you will get so please plan for that. We also do not have the ability to create U.S. domestic-only swap groups.

Hi everyone!

I updated the swap assignment/close date to January 31 to give everyone a chance to sign up. Some folks didn't see the reminder until late today, so I don't want anyone to miss out.

Hmm... for those of you who didn't get an email, another alternative is to go to the swap main page and on the top right, there should be a menu with a link, "See the partners you send to." Click through and it should list all the partners you mail to. Please note that who you SEND to will be different from who you will RECEIVE from.

Let me know if you both still have problems. I checked the list and you're both definitely in the swap!

I forgot to mark mine as sent. So have just done it now. I actually sent them on Monday, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they reach there destinations from England in time. x I received my first one a couple of days ago. This is so much fun! :-)
