Does the theme need to be "mysterious...strange...gothic"?

On my watchlist for now...but it sounds fun!

Im thinking since it SAYS mysterious, strange and gothic.....thats what it needs to be..however..when it says....fluffy, sweet and hello kitty-ish.....get on it altered :)

The coordinator is a good friend of mine. She leans to the mysterious side, more than cutesy, so I'm assuming she means mysterious at the very least.

Let's see...no, it doesn't have to be mysterious, strange or 'gothic' - this just happens to be my style. DestinyDesign is right, though - I'm not into 'cutesy'. On the other hand, if upon reading your swap partners profile you think they'd enjoy Hello Kitty (or something along those lines) feel free to do so. Let's keep 'mysterious' in it, though. There should be an element of surprise, not just, "oh - there's so-and-so standing there." Does this make sense? Rie60 - I'm thrilled you've jumped right in. I bet your card is really neat. Kitty - I hope you'll join in if you feel so inspired.

Hello everyone.. I'm new to ATC.. I was wondering what is meant by "...Make an ATC with a door..." I don't understand the door part.... does she mean like a flap??

Nazook - yes, a door would mean you'd have to attach a piece of strong cardboard or cardstock to the front of your atc in such a way it could be opened as a door would be to reveal what's inside. Or you could cut a 'flap' into the atc and put a piece of paper behind it with your 'surprise' image.
