Yeah, just means a bookmark that you make as opposed to one that you buy. If you knit, make a knitted one. If you prefer working with paper, make a cool one out of some paper technique you enjoy doing. Or qquilt it if you are a quilter. I don't want anybody to stress out over these . . . but please send something that you would like to receive.
