While we encourage eating with the seasons there are staples in the kitchen as well. So this swap series will be about sharing recipes along a particular ingredient!

And the ingredient is: BEANS

Loved or detested it is the main source of protein for a large portion of the planet! It's inclusion in dishes significantly raise the fiber levels and some believe help heart function and reduce cancer risks. Hopefully, we will find new ways to use beans, and perhaps even learn a recipe that makes it bearable to some :D! So send in you favorite, most creative, even unusual recipes!
