Some questions to consider: What's this dessert's origins? What do you love about it? What's the story behind your experience with it? Do you have a special memory of this kind of dessert? Do you have a recipe for it?

You do not need to send the dessert, or any other food items. Since this is an international swap, you should not send food to countries where your letter might get eaten by customs officials.

Newbies welcome. Nobody under any kind of suspension is eligible, obviously. Anyone who looks inactive, or like they might not finish their dessert will be banned.
