TheDen: DotD Altered Frame Art

For this swap, we will be taking a picture frame and altering it into a piece of Day of the Dead themed art.

The frame used needs to be between 5"x7" and 8"x10" in size. You can use any frame you have on hand or purchase a cheapie one from the Dollar Tree. If your frame has a glass or plastic insert, remove it (save it for monoprinting).

Once your frame is prepped, go to town altering it! Treat it kind of like a shadowbox, just not as deep. Decorate the actual frame itself AND add an image/more artwork/something dimensional to the inner picture space. When you're done, you will have a ready-to-display piece of Day of the Dead art.
