CF: Pretty Paper Strips Card (Spring!)

I hosted this last year as an autumn swap. Let's do a spring version.

This time we will use paper strips in bright, cheerful colors (flowers, etc.). :)

To make the card you will adhere paper strips to a piece of card stock and then layer that onto a folded card. (If you have some adhesive paper, it's great to cut in your desired layer size, peel off the protective paper, lay it sticky side up, and add your pretty paper strips to it.) Your strips can go diagonally or horizontally/vertically, and be in differing widths. It's optional to add background layers, embellishments, and/or a verse, quote, word or saying. Sometimes the cards look nice just as they are.

You can choose if you want your partner to write a note to you on the card you send or as a separate note so she has the option to use the card you made for her. Please write your choice in the comments below.
