Description:

Don't you just love getting home and finding awesome and colorful mail in your mailbox? If you do, then this is the swap for you.

This is a low cost swap, and I’m hosting it on a monthly basis.

The requirements are:

Send a super cute envelope, using any medium you want, stickers, washi tape, rubber stamps, anything, just make sure it looks super cute. No sticker slapping, this is a mail art swap, you have to put your heart into it. There’s no need to be extra talented, but you need to do your best to make your partner happy.

Look through your stash and include the following flat items:

  • 1 sticker sheet
  • 5 washi tape samples (12 inch/30 centimeters each)
  • 1 postcard
  • 1 teabag
  • 3 items of your choice, store-bought or handmade. Some ideas: bookmarks, tags, die cuts, stationery, ATCs, blank notecards, handmade envelopes, confetti, postage stamps, ephemera, smash bits, project life cards, the list is endless. Please also include a nice note for your partner in pretty stationery and don't forget to include your username and swap name.

This is a sender's choice swap, so you can get started on your swap as soon as you want. It's always nice to check your partner's profile, but ultimately this is sender's choice, so if you receive something you don't like, you can send it in another round of these swaps or any other swap.

The total weight of your envie should be no more than 40-50 grams, so that neither of us spends too much on postage. Use postage stamps if possible.

Requirements: People with a 4.98 rating and a minimum of 40 rated type 2 and 3 swaps (rated, not sent). You must have been a Swap-bot member for the past 6 months. No recent or unexplained 1's or 3's. I reserve the right to ban swappers as I see fit.

Please rate your partner promptly and if there's any issues with your outgoing/incoming mail, get in touch with your partner (and me if needed). Remember communication is key.

I will angel this swap in case someone flakes, but I'll make sure to remove all questionable swappers and make this swap as safe as possible.

If you have any questions, suggestions or doubts, please don't hesitate to contact me or add a comment below.

Happy swapping everyone!

how does one send a washi tape sample to be used?

milamilamura 02/ 3/2018 #

You wrap washi around a plastic card or any other flat surface where washi can then be removed :)
