Description:

All Pocket Lovers Welcome!

For this swap you will need one 9 pocket plastic sleeve page & 1/3 (3 pockets) plastic sleeve attached together.

The Twelve Days of Christmas, also known as Twelvetide, is a festive Christian season celebrating the Nativity of Jesus Christ. In most Western ecclesiastical traditions, "Christmas Day" is considered the "First Day of Christmas" and the Twelve Days are 25 December – 5 January, inclusive.

You will create 12 ATCs (2.5" x 3.5") with the characters of the Nativity. Inside the back of pocket you will include 2-3 sentences on what that character means to you. Scripture may be included but cannot be a part of our 2-3 sentences. You do NOT have to include goodies in the pockets. I am trying to keep the cost of mailing this swap down, so flat paper is what's needed.

An example might be Joseph and how he might have felt being a part of the Nativity.

The characters of the Nativity may vary according to your own interpretation.

  1. Jesus
  2. Mary
  3. Joseph
  4. Animals
  5. 3 kings/Wise men
  6. Angels
  7. The Star
  8. The manger
  9. Shepherds
  10. The Drummer boy
  11. Love or Faith
  12. God

A great resource for creating your ATCs might be some of the Christmas Cards you have already received.

YES, this is a religious swap.

I will angel this swap.

I do NOT do drama. No unexplained or unresolved 1s or 3s need apply.

Once partners are assigned you will have 3 weeks to send out your swap.

Happy Pocketing
