Description:
Create an ATC with a penguin or multiple penguins on it and send it to your partner. No sticker slapping. Include an extra that relates to penguins like penguin stickers, pc, bookmark etc. Newbies welcome with well filled out profiles. I will ban anyone mentioned on questionable swapper forums or anyone I feel is a risk to the swap.
