Have you ever started to make an ATC but it's been left unfinished...sitting on the shelf for AGES, simply because you can't think of how to finish it off? You stare it it, for days and days waiting for that burst of inspiration that will tell you how to "finish it off"...but alas that inspiration never comes! So why not send it off to someone else who might take one look at it and know exactly what to do with it? This swap is for those unfinished ATC's that you just can't seem to complete or add the final finishing touches. The Swap is for 1 card only, and is international. No Newbies this time - you must have participated in 4 swaps at least (but check out my other swaps which are very newbie friendly!) Any questions, just ask - and finally get rid of that ATC that is driving you nuts!!! (This swap date is close to xmas - the 19th - so ensure that you can commit to sending it prior to this date before joining so as not to flake and disappoint people)

I would love to do this swap, but the dates just don't work for international mailing around christmas. Some things are taking over 3 weeks just to get to me from the USA. If you do another swap like this in the new year I would love to join.

How and who do we rate in this swap? Do we keep the atc when we finish it, or send it back? I'm a little tired tonight and it's just not clear to me.....sorry.

You just rate the person for sending you an unfinished card basically - an easy one. You don't need to complete and send the ATC back to them :) It's YOURS to keep :)

I did see a swap like that - where you send it back. I'll have to find out who did it and get permission to do another like it next time!

Since email addies are included in the partner's address, I will send a picture back to my partner when I'm done. I will ask my recipient partner to do the same for me.
