8/30/17: I don't know when they will be posting/announcing the updated artist submission form for the 2018 event, so I may be changing our "date items must be sent" date once we find out when the deadline for the PC submissions is. I want to have our due date a couple of weeks before their deadline just to make sure we can send it in with a buffer of time. Of course once they post the new submission form you can complete your swap at any time. The later due date is for in case we procrastinate, heh.

Sounds good! Looking forward to the update. Wouldn't mind a little extra time (;

Submission deadline has been announced as Monday Dec 4th, so I have put our send by date two weeks before that.

Of course I waited until the last second to send in my submission! But unless there's terrible weather, I plan to go to the exhibition and will, of course, take pictures of our art in the gallery.
