Description:

This is a relatively easy swap, flat mail, and easy on the wallet to get this Tim Holtz group up and running again, just as my broken hip is doing---well, not running, but up and getting around.

Simple instructions:

Send ONE Tim Holtz style, SPRING-themed ATC to ONE PARTNER.

1.Use at least TWO authentic Tim Holtz products on your ATC. For example, you might choose an ATC background from one of his paper collections, use his Distress Inks, use one or more of his ephemera products, a stamp, Distress markers or crayons (I haven’t used these yet.), stencils, embossing folders, found relatives, etc. Remember to keep a SPRING THEME---flowers, trees, seed packets, April showers, butterflies, birds, etc.

2.To stimulate your creativity, you may want to watch a couple of his instructional videos on You Tube. I will provide a few links below that may be helpful. You might also get some ideas from Pinterest. Again, I will post a couple links below, but you can do a search on Pinterest for “Tim Holtz Spring Tags.” Any tag idea can be pared down to fit on an ATC.

3.This is a SENDER’S CHOICE, so you may get started as soon as this swap is posted, but if you can afford the time to wait until you can read your partner’s profile, you’ll be sure to use her/his preferred colors, etc. The remaining seasonal-themed ATC swaps for Summer, Autumn, and Winter (NOT Christmas, just winter season ATC) will be posted as the season appropriate dates are set, but since these ATCs are SENDERS CHOICE, you can do all four seasons and have them ready in advance for the appropriate send date for your partner’s assigned for each swap.

4.Remember to label your ATC with the swap group, name of swap, and your user name on back of ATC. Attach your ATC to a strong piece of cardboard—I use boxes from cereal and other kitchen boxes for most of my swaps.

5.If this swap generates enough participation, I will run it again starting with Winter in January 2018.

6.If you have questions, please feel free to ask them by sending me a PM through Swap Bot or make comments in the box for each swap.

7.Have fun—maybe stretch yourself a bit and try a new technique or product to see how it works for you. I am posting this swap now and will add the Pinterest and You Tube links ASAP.

8.I reserve the right to ban a swapper from any of my swaps if the person has more than one rating of 3 or only one 1 rating. If these ratings were a few years ago and your record has been "clean" since then, I will consider letting you try a swap. I want to keep my groups safe and totally free of drama and clashes. No one should sign up for any of my group swaps and send late or not at all because your life is too busy. If you are that busy, you should not be signing up for swaps.
