Fascinate me!

This is the first swap I've ever hosted! I hope I do it right! This swap is US only. You will have one partner. You will be required to send a note card telling your partner five things about yourself. It can be anything but make it interesting! For example,a minor secret, a weird habit or fetish, something crazy you've always wanted to do. It can be anything just make it fun not like your favorite color or what you do for a living. Add some sparkle to it! A PC is not enough. Also add one flat surprise that won't cost more than one stamp.
