It's time to de-stash a bit and swap out some of the ATC goodness we've been hoarding in our art rooms! We will send one partner a package of little bits, bobbles, paper and ephemera to add to their ATC stash. Let's make the package a minimum size of 4in x 6in - ISH. I highly recommend re-using an old mailer, or using materials from the recycle bin to construct your package. Must be a member of the Monthly ATC Swappers, with a rating of 4.8 or better.
